- All event registrations or activity fees paid through this website are processed securely our official payment gateway partner.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive: Email confirmation, SMS notification (if applicable), Payment receipt.
- You may request cancellation of a event registrations or activity fees under the following conditions:
- Cancellation must be requested through our official email or phone number.
- Certain services/products may not be cancellable once confirmed.
- Service-specific cancellation charges may apply depending on the nature of the booking.
- Refunds will be issued only in the following scenarios: Duplicate payment, Payment deducted but order/booking not created, Technical error resulting in failure, Service not delivered due to our fault.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds will not be provided if: Incorrect details were entered by the user, User changes their mind, Service/product has already been delivered or utilized.
- Once a refund is approved, processing time will be: 7–10 working days or Bank, UPI, or Card refunds.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used in the original transaction..
- If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card provider, we will:
- Review the claim.
- Submit transaction details.
- Respond as per payment gateway and banking guidelines.
