- All event registrations or activity fees paid through this website are processed securely using PayU Money , our official payment gateway partner.
- Please ensure that all details (name, class, event, contact, etc.) are entered correctly before confirming your payment.
- Once payment has been made and registration is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained if the participant voluntarily withdraws from the event or activity.
- Requests for refund due to personal reasons (e.g., absenteeism, scheduling conflicts, or personal issues) will not be accepted.
- If an event or activity is cancelled or postponed by Silveroak School due to unavoidable reasons (such as weather conditions, safety concerns, administrative orders, or low participation), the registration fee may be:
Refunded in full , or
Adjusted towards a future event organized by the school.
- Such decisions will be made solely by the school management and communicated to all registered participants.
- In case a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method (PayU Money) used for the original transaction.
- Refunds may take 7–10 working days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- The school shall not be responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment gateway.
- f your payment is debited from your account but not reflected on our website, please contact us immediately with:
- Transaction ID / Reference Number, Date and Amount of Payment, Your Name and Mobile Number.
- After verification with the payment gateway, a refund will be initiated if applicable.
